Accès +: the enhanced support programme for the most fragile entrepreneurs
Since 2021, France Active has continued its support for the most fragile entrepreneurs, via its dedicated Accès+ programme.
Supported by the Ministry of Labor and Solidarity through the “Inclusion through self-employment” call for projects, Accès+ has provided support to more than 8,500 entrepreneurs since the program’s launch in 2021.
Among them, half of the beneficiaries are women, and the average age of the entrepreneurs is 33.
The program features webinars, workshops, and games centred around four main themes:
- financial education,
- digital literacy,
- protecting entrepreneurs and securing their businesses,
- raising awareness about social responsibility.
To expand this support
France Active also relies on strengthened partnerships with banks, in collaboration with the French Banking Federation and Accès+ operators, notably La Ruche.
France Active also offers a webinar designed to provide the keys to launching a business with confidence and understanding the various procedures, in partnership with URSSAF.
This program continues over time thanks to renewed support from the Ministry of Labor.

Clément Bachelot and Lisa Boudier, owners of the café, bar, and tobacco shop Le Valbadon
A former retail employee and registered with France Travail, 24-year-old Clément Bachelot wanted to start his own business with his partner. His plan? To take over a business away from the city and turn it into a gathering place “where he’ll have time to talk to customers.” At Le Valbadon in Balleroy-sur-Drôme, this historic café-bar-tobacco shop is much more than just a business: it’s a hub of community life, conversation, and camaraderie.
