Entrepreneurs de la Cité

To promote employment and fight the precarious situation faced by entrepreneurs starting their businesses, Entrepreneurs de la Cité (EDLC), a nonprofit organization, offers microinsurance solutions at affordable rates and supports microenterprises in managing their risks. These microinsurance solutions are provided by major insurance companies operating on a nonprofit basis.

These companies collaborate with EDLC as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to offer accessible solutions tailored to the needs of these entrepreneurs. EDLC offers business insurance (comprehensive business insurance, professional liability insurance, ten-year liability insurance, legal protection) as well as personal insurance (life and health insurance) and a free business premises audit service: Local Sécur’. As part of France Active’s Création Accès + program—designed for individuals facing barriers to employment, particularly young people—EDLC hosts webinars aimed at preventing and raising awareness of the various risks that may arise when launching a business.
