Macif

Macif is a founding member of France Active and, through Macif Participations, a shareholder of France Active Investissement.
As a socially responsible and committed company, it works with France Active to foster a more inclusive and responsible economy by offering its savers the opportunity to direct their savings toward socially responsible products.
The Macif Foundation identifies and supports projects that provide innovative solutions to proven and unmet social needs, from the initial idea stage through to scaling up. It prioritizes projects with an intergenerational and participatory focus in the following four areas: mobility, housing, health, and solidarity-based finance. It is within this framework that the Macif Foundation has been a partner of Place de l’Emergence since its creation in 2019.
Macif and the Macif Foundation have also chosen to support France Active’s Relance Solidaire program with a contribution of 1 million euros, recognizing the vital importance of social and solidarity economy entrepreneurship in the social transformation of our society. In addition to this financial contribution, elected officials from the Macif Group and Macif Foundation program managers based in local communities monitor these projects with a positive social impact on the ground to provide ongoing support.
