Maif
In 1934, the founding of MAIF introduced a mutualist alternative to the insurance industry. It was the first French insurer to commit to a responsible investment policy in 2009 by signing the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and to offer a range of savings products that are entirely based on solidarity. MAIF’s commitment to France Active is reflected through its various entities and subsidiaries.
For example, through its savings accounts, the MAIF Solidarity Fund supports young people under 26 who are starting businesses; MAIF Solutions Financières, a subsidiary specializing in wealth management and the distribution of financial and banking products, is a partner of the Place de l’Emergence initiative and, in this capacity, distributes grants for the socially responsible projects of tomorrow; MAIF’s B2B teams create content to benefit our entrepreneurs… Its support is also evident through the Insertion Emploi Dynamique fund and the Fonds d’Investissement de Proximité Solidaire funds.
The dynamic partnership between MAIF and France Active has also enabled a swift response to the health crisis, providing urgent support to entrepreneurs through the Relance Solidaire program.
