Ministry of the Economy, Finance, and Industrial, Energy, and Digital Sovereignty

The Ministry of the Economy, Finance, and Industrial, Energy, and Digital Sovereignty is responsible for managing public finances and the French government’s economic policy.

It develops measures designed to promote the growth and competitiveness of the French economy and to encourage and guide investment.

It is responsible for supporting and financing businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies (ETIs), in order to safeguard hard-hit sectors and simplify day-to-day operations for businesses.

It also implements the France 2030 plan, aimed at developing the economy (stimulating employment, boosting productivity, and increasing the competitiveness of French businesses).
