Opale

For more than 30 years, Opale has supported the development of artistic and cultural initiatives through a variety of activities: research and observation, the design and distribution of support tools, the promotion of best practices, the organization of training sessions and meetings, and more.
Since 2004, it has served as a resource center for the DLA, a national public program supporting employment in the social and solidarity economy. As part of the launch and rollout of its new solidarity investment solutions, France Active formed a partnership with Opale in 2023 to provide training for France Active advisors, equipping them with the skills needed to understand the specificities of the cultural sector and its economic models.
A joint study was also conducted to better identify the investment needs of cultural and artistic organizations that France Active could support across the regions.
