Unea

Founded in 1987, the Union Nationale des Entreprises Adaptées (UNEA) is a professional association that brings together Entreprises Adaptées (enterprises that employ at least 55% of workers with disabilities in their production workforce. These workers are recruited from among the unemployed who are furthest from the labor market) and represents them in dealings with public and private sector stakeholders.
UNEA defends and promotes the Entreprises Adaptées model by showcasing their expertise and professionalism, supporting their development, and fostering connections within the business community that promote growth and sustainable employment for people with disabilities.
France Active, a long-standing partner of UNEA, supports the initiatives ofthe Entreprises Adaptées through funding and expertise during the creation or development of new markets.
