Uniopss

Founded in 1947, Uniopss (National Interfederal Union of Private Nonprofit Health and Social Service Organizations) is an association governed by the 1901 Law and recognized as a public-benefit organization. Its mission is to unite, defend, and promote private nonprofit organizations working in the social sector. It serves as the collective voice before public authorities for associations in the health, social, and medical-social sectors that are committed to supporting vulnerable and fragile individuals. With a nationwide presence, Uniopss brings together regional unions as well as approximately 100 national federations, unions, and associations, representing 35,000 facilities, 750,000 employees, and the dedication of one million volunteers.
